Bloomingdale School of Music has been a vital part of the Upper West Side community for over 50 years, providing high-quality music education. The school reflects a passionate community dedicated to the enriching power of music.
Bloomingdale School of Music’s brand refresh reimagines its visual identity to better reflect the school’s energy, community impact, and long-standing mission in music education. The project replaced dated branding with a more magical, flexible system, including a new logo, brand guide, and website direction.

OUTCOME
Bloomingdale’s refreshed brand elevated the organization’s relevance, sharpened its visual presence, and more powerfully communicated the energy and vitality behind its mission. With strategic coaching, a strong brand guide, and a commitment to learning, BSM transformed the brand into a more cohesive, confident, and compelling expression of who they are.
One of the most common places where BSM’s logo is displayed is on their stage, so I wanted to ensure that this icon looks its best when projected in a single color.
