OUTCOME

We successfully cut through the noise, grew the monthly sustainer program by 30%, and achieved 20% revenue growth.

Interesting data came from the initial launch. Warm audiences preferred students in modern clothing, while new or cold audiences reacted better to students in traditional native regalia. We have used these learnings to help establish a clear division across creative in future campaigns for both sustainers and one-time gifts.
